3. Size and Fit Issues
Please verify your size using the standard size chart of the brand before placing your order. If the incorrect size is delivered, contact us at care@wonderpatio.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Term and Conditions
- Valid Address: We only accept valid physical addresses. P.O. Boxes, Fleet offices (FRO), or Military Post Offices are not eligible for delivery.
- Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID. Use this to monitor your order’s status. If your order is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
- Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt a second delivery. If the second attempt fails, you will be responsible for collecting the parcel from the nearest courier office. In the event of a missed delivery or cancellation, the product will be returned to us, and you will need to contact us for redelivery.
- Business Days: We process and deliver orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Weather Delays: Adverse weather conditions may cause delivery delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
- Receipt of Purchase: Retain your receipt of purchase for any returns. A tracking number should be provided once the item is sent back via a reputable shipping carrier.
- Return Address: We will provide you with the correct return address via email. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
- Responsibility for Damage: WonderPatio is not liable for any damage that occurs to the item during return shipping. Please ensure it is properly packaged.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Minor Variations: Due to display differences, the actual product color may slightly vary from the image shown.
- Automated System: Once your order is placed, it goes directly to the manufacturer, and processing begins immediately.
